Shipping, Refunds, Exchanges

Please allow up to 7 business days from the date your order is placed for processing. We work to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible; however, rush orders are not available.

 

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping option chosen and begin only after processing is complete.

 

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, natural events, or other issues once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

 

Please ensure that your billing and shipping information is entered correctly at the time of purchase, as incorrect information may result in delays.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and do not issue refunds or credits in these cases. If your package is lost or stolen, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping provider directly.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email (sent to the address you provided at checkout). This will allow you to follow your package every step of the way.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your order begins processing, we are unable to make changes to the address.

 

If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot be responsible for packages delivered to that location. Should your package be returned to us, we will happily assist with reshipping once it arrives back at our facility.

Exchanges and Returns

For the safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on human hair, as federal regulations prohibit the return of used hair products.

 

Please note that Only Raw Beauty reserves the right to decline any return or package that does not meet our policy requirements.

 

All sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. For this reason, we kindly ask that you double-check and verify your order details before completing your purchase.

 

Please note that all Indus Collection items are nonrefundable. If an item happens to be out of stock after your order is placed, you will receive a refund for that specific item.

 

If you wish to cancel your order while it is still in processing, we may make an exception and accommodate the cancellation.
